Paul is founder of The PHF Nutrition Consultancy. He is a health and weight loss nutritionist who has been working inside the health and weight loss industry for many years now, with his first qualification in this industry being completed over 15 years ago.

Paul is also the performance nutritionist to ex – GB amateur boxing star, and former Commonwealth Games gold medallist Sandy Ryan, who has now entered the professional boxing ranks with a bang!

I am a real person too, I understand that life is not always easy and I understand that putting my clients on an unsustainable restrictive diet of chicken and broccoli is just not going to work for them.
